Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Consultant (Oracle Fusion): Implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with an accent on financial process design, data migration, reporting, testing, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing enterprise financial structures, resolving accounting and reconciliation issues, supporting period close and audits, and improving finance processes through automation.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
- Gather requirements through discovery sessions and workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders.
- Design enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, charts of accounts, accounting calendars, and reporting structures.
- Prepare functional designs, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
- Support data conversion, migration, reconciliation, reporting, testing, period close, audit, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, integration developers, migration teams, Oracle Support, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials consulting.
- Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax, or Subledger Accounting.
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheet-based loaders, ESS scheduled processes, and Oracle Cloud Security.
- Experience with GAAP, SOX controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, and Agile, Scrum, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Financials, Projects, Procurement, Payroll, Tax, expense, and third-party applications.
