TL;DR
Technical Product Lead (IT): Driving the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise technology products with an accent on product roadmaps, technical requirements, systems integration, and scalable solution design. Focus on coordinating architecture and development teams, managing backlogs, supporting Agile delivery, and ensuring security, performance, and compliance.
Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.
Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization for assigned IT products and platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and users throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support architecture, design, and code reviews while driving application implementation, rollout, and optimization.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release activities, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify automation and modernization opportunities and support vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, technical product management, IT leadership, lead development, solution or application architecture, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of at least two of Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, and Python.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions.
