Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; onsite at Rawson 3150 (Panamericana - Ruta 9-KM 34.5)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members while setting clear expectations with candidates and the business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience across multiple countries in LATAM.
• Workday experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media tools, and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.

• Portuguese language skills.
