What you will do

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
• Develop concepts, rough layouts, infographics, collages, GIFs, and other visual communication materials.
• Create and update internal, external, talent brand, and employer brand marketing assets.
• Manage visual consistency across social media platforms and maintain organized design files and archives.
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand Marketing Manager and other team members on creative projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, prepare production specifications, obtain estimates, and oversee print delivery.

Requirements

• Digital portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for brand management and client engagement.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics design experience.
