EMEA People Business Partner Lead

What you will do

• Serve as the primary People partner to managers and leaders across EMEA.
• Translate business priorities and growth plans into proactive People and organizational strategies.
• Advise EMEA leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Use workforce, talent, and organizational data to inform performance, succession, talent, and organizational decisions.
• Partner with People Operations, Legal, Finance, Recruiting, Compensation, and global People teams on complex employee matters and regional program needs.
• Identify systemic risks and opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and connect EMEA priorities with global People strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner or People leadership roles supporting complex, high-growth businesses across EMEA.
• Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership partnership.
• Ability to translate business strategy into proactive People and organizational strategy and provide an independent point of view.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and working across global, distributed, multicultural organizations.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, pattern recognition, relationship-building, and influence skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and create direction within the role.
