Enterprise Strategy Manager

Location: Montreal, Canada

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 CAD per year in total compensation; the stated range applies to candidates hired to work within Ontario.

What you will do

• Support enterprise and business strategy through research, analysis, insight development, annual planning, and strategic reviews.
• Break down complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build models, synthesize data, and prepare materials for executive-level decision-making.
• Develop business cases, plans, and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support initiative execution.
• Track progress and performance against key milestones and targets.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and translate data into clear insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Fluent English is required as a working language.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with strategy, operations, or transformation projects.
• Early-career or internship experience involving data analysis and business problem-solving.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environments.
