TL;DR

Account Manager (Italian Market): Developing repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers in machine building, robotics, infrastructure, and furniture. Focus on achieving individual sales targets and supporting company development with process improvement suggestions.

Location: Non-resident in Italy, but resident in Europe

What you will do

  • Work with warm leads, support them and develop relations with them.
  • Create a customer portfolio and build ongoing collaboration.
  • Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography.
  • Manage sales cycle from initial customer contact to ensuring repetitive orders flow.
  • Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project.
  • Reflect the sales process in the CRM system regularly.

Requirements

  • Enjoy sales activities and supporting people.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Successful sales track record in Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc.
  • IT and digitalisation enthusiast.
  • Italian Native speaker, English - a working proficiency level.
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Empathetic and excellent problem solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage.
