What you will do
- Work with warm leads, support them and develop relations with them.
- Create a customer portfolio and build ongoing collaboration.
- Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography.
- Manage sales cycle from initial customer contact to ensuring repetitive orders flow.
- Maintain customer contact at all stages of the project.
- Reflect the sales process in the CRM system regularly.
Requirements
- Enjoy sales activities and supporting people.
- Strong customer focus.
- Successful sales track record in Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc.
- IT and digitalisation enthusiast.
- Italian Native speaker, English - a working proficiency level.
- Readiness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Empathetic and excellent problem solving skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage.
