Senior People Solutions Analyst (Workday HCM)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the Prague office

Base salary: 128,000–160,000 PLN per year, with no additional commission-based compensation.

What you will do

• Configure and support Workday HCM modules covering Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Build and maintain Workato automations connecting Workday, applicant tracking, and other People Technology systems.
• Prototype agentic workflows using tools such as Claude and improve processes beyond Workday HCM.
• Manage security access requests and business process configuration to protect People data.
• Develop trusted Workday reports and communicate technical changes to business stakeholders.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, identifying issues early.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Workday, including administration of Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits.
• Experience managing Workday security, reporting, and complex business processes end to end.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical changes for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Comfort with a fixed-term engagement running through January 2028 and a hybrid schedule in Prague.

Nice to have

• Experience with an iPaaS or automation tool such as Workato.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
