What you will do
- Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to clarify requirements and define deliverables.
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality practices, incident response, and production support.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development, detect issues, and support diagnosis and resolution.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience.
- Ability to deliver features independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience building and testing reliable software and supporting production releases.
- Sound judgment when applying AI-assisted development and evaluating AI-integrated functionality.
- Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
- Ability to work as a contractor without participation in company-sponsored benefits.
