Analyst Learning Delivery

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia; onsite learning and event production activities are required.

What you will do

• Execute learning programs across operations and production, including scheduling, session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite session production, including venues, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support.
• Work with facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, internal teams, and program stakeholders.
• Manage personalized learning and closed enrollments, including intake requests, participant preparation, attendance, and follow-up.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and completion records while coordinating rescheduling and cancellations.
• Resolve routine delivery issues, escalate exceptions, and use feedback and data to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in event management, learning operations, or HR operations.
• Experience in learning or program delivery and proficiency with learning management and virtual delivery systems.
• Basic reporting, data cleaning, and trend analysis skills.
• Knowledge of operational compliance, confidential information handling, onsite event logistics, participant experience, and project management principles.
• Advanced English is required.

• Knowledge of end-to-end learning delivery processes, including scheduling, enrollment, learner support, and virtual and onsite production.
• Continuous improvement mindset and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of digital tools, automation, and AI.
