Site Lead (NE III) (Government)

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States; full-time onsite at a government customer site five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $98,100–$220,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead 8–12 Tier II Network Engineers responsible for operating and maintaining a complex Intelligence Community communications network.
• Train, mentor, develop, and manage the performance of personnel assigned to the site.
• Manage personnel and material resources to meet contract SLOs, SLAs, SOW requirements, and QASP standards.
• Coordinate internal, external, and vendor resources for network operations, maintenance, service delivery, recapitalization, and enhancement projects.
• Develop quality-control processes and drive operational efficiency, service improvement, and compliance.
• Act as the technical advisor and program representative in site, program, and technical meetings.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 16 years of combined work experience and education, according to the stated degree equivalencies.
• Compliance with Department of Defense 8140 Information Assurance Technical Level 2.
• Experience leading technical network operations teams of 8–12 full-time employees.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing solutions for physical and logical communications network systems.
• Working knowledge of Layer 1–3 networking, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, TCP/IP, the OSI model, and ServiceNow or similar ITSM products.
