Digital Content Producer

What you will do

• Publish and maintain accurate content across B2C, B2B, and international websites, apps, mobile web, sales materials, and emails using content management systems.
• Implement SEO and web analytics tagging, proofread and edit digital content, and remove outdated or incorrect materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, creative, legal, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver content within the digital design system.
• Test content and support technology deployments that require publishing and validation.
• Maintain digital publishing and security standards, identify content opportunities, and apply current publishing best practices.
• Participate in training and continued learning for associates and interns.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills across digital platforms.
• Extensive experience working with content management systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of web design methods and best practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital production, marketing communications, journalism, web design, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
