Finance Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the full month-end close cycle across multiple entities, including fixed-asset reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting and comprehensive reporting packs.
• Identify and implement automation initiatives to streamline reporting, data gathering, and financial processes.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to business units and stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
• Act as a primary contact for external auditors and advisers.
• Support global tax strategy, compliance, and required filings.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Relevant accounting experience and strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes.
• Experience improving and automating processes through system enhancements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing comprehensive reporting packs with modern reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Experience creating an efficient month-end process.
