TL;DR
Video Content Creator (Fintech): Producing 2–4 premium videos per week for ARQ's Brazilian use cases, from idea generation and scripting through independent production and editing, with an accent on organic, high-quality visual storytelling. Focus on creating UGC, voice-over, and street-interview formats, tracking social trends, and testing creative with performance marketing.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with 3 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Produce 2–4 videos per week focused on Brazilian use cases such as travel, wealth, remote work, and new products.
- Generate video concepts and write scripts independently.
- Produce premium-quality content that feels organic rather than advertising-driven.
- Handle editing for videos and delivered assets.
- Monitor social media trends and collaborate with performance marketing to test and iterate creative.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating video content as a content creator, filmmaker, or in a similar role.
- A portfolio featuring organic or branded content with high production value.
- Strong creativity, agility, independence, and ability to create ideas and scripts consistently.
- Understanding of Brazilian digital culture, including trends, humor, and language.
- Ability to produce high-quality UGC, voice-over, street-interview, and other video formats.
- Strong post-production and editing skills with an aesthetically pleasing result.
Nice to have
- Filmmaking experience using both professional cameras and an iPhone.
- Experience scaling video production by leading or hiring UGC creators and agencies.
- Knowledge of Brazilian affluent-user culture and behavior.
