Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Heidelberg, Germany, or Zürich, Switzerland. Telecommuting possibilities are available, with travel required for national and international projects.

What you will do

• Advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Configure Employee Central and support customers through implementation and rollout projects.
• Support testing, user training, and ongoing use of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.
• Operate global HR systems, manage releases, and support international rollouts.
• Investigate system issues and propose improvements to HR processes and applications.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of professional and project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification, or relevant vocational training.
• Experience working with HR organizations and strong understanding of cross-application processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
• Very good written and spoken English and German; German is mandatory for applications in Switzerland.
• Analytical thinking, IT affinity, commitment to professional development, and willingness to travel for national and international projects.
