People Systems Business Analyst

Location: Onsite in Katowice, Poland

What you will do

• Partner with People teams and business stakeholders to identify process challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, user stories, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Support People Systems improvements and new functionality from discovery and requirements through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Work with Technology teams, People Systems Analysts, external vendors, and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
• Resolve system and process issues while improving self-service, reporting, automation, data quality, and employee experience.
• Contribute to the People Systems roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement programme.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR or People functions, with a strong understanding of core People processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with People systems and translating business needs into effective system solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, analysing processes, reducing manual work, and improving employee experience.
• Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting system changes or transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and review.
• Recruitment communications and the resume must be in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with system integrations, data flows, configuration, APIs, People platforms, or People data governance.
