TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud) (AWS/Telecommunications): Designing and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production release systems with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, and event-driven architectures. Focus on building highly available platforms, automating deployments across environments, and mitigating operational and security risks.

What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale cloud transformation and modernization.
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Implement GitOps, deployment automation, observability, and centralized log management.
- Design and operate highly available, scalable, and resilient production systems using AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Software Engineers, Systems Administrators, Security Specialists, IT, and Security teams.
- Establish DevOps standards, release-management processes, infrastructure templates, and automation across multiple environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Extensive AWS experience, including CloudFront, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, API Gateway, ALB/NLB, Route 53, S3, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Strong experience with Docker, OpenShift, EC2, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
- Experience building CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with GitLab or Bitbucket, ArgoCD, FluxCD, and Helm.
- Knowledge of observability, log management, and event-driven systems using tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Kafka, SQS, and SNS.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
- CKA or CKAD certification.
- Experience with DevSecOps, SAST/DAST integration, PCI-DSS, or BCRA regulatory frameworks.
