Lead Solution Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Occasional remote work is available across Poland and internationally subject to internal policy.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain configuration solutions based on SimCorp Dimension for European financial institutions and asset managers.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the cloud-based Transaction Regulatory Reporting Platform.
• Help ensure end-to-end transaction reporting compliance with EMIR, MIFIR, and SFTR regimes.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation across internal teams and customer engagements.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across a globally distributed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with investment or asset management software, ideally SimCorp Dimension or a comparable financial, investment, or regulatory platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy firm or the IT department of a financial firm.
• Experience with analysis, design, testing, and implementation of financial systems.
• Knowledge of MIFIR or equivalent regulations, with the ability or willingness to interpret regulatory texts, legal ordinances, guidelines, and implementing technical standards.
• Fluent English, effective communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, initiative, and the ability to coach others.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, scripting languages, XML, and APIs.
• Understanding of how systems connect and convert data into XML format.
