Senior Corporate Communications Manager Poland & CEE (E-commerce)

Location: Remote in Poland with hybrid working and two home-office days per week. The contract is a maternity cover ending in May 2028.

What you will do

• Develop and implement media campaigns and communication strategies for Poland and selected CEE markets.
• Proactively communicate global and local stories while mitigating risks to hirify.global’s reputation.
• Act as a spokesperson for the markets covered.
• Steer local agencies and coordinate day-to-day communication activities.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs and internal stakeholders across functions and management levels.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities and develop appropriate communication measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in media relations in Poland and/or other CEE markets.
• Proven experience in corporate, strategic, risk, and crisis communications.
• Native Polish and excellent written English.
• Strong knowledge of local media landscapes and established relationships with journalists in Poland and/or other CEE markets.
• Experience managing cross-functional processes and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, creative, execution, ownership, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of additional CEE languages.
