TL;DR
Business Analyst (S1000D) (aerospace technical data and maintenance engineering solutions): Analyze business processes and translate customer requirements into IT products supporting technical documentation, data migration, and S1000D-based manuals with an accent on BREX business rules and IETP visualization. Focus on conducting complex requirements discovery, designing solution requirements, implementing interoperable BREX controls, and coordinating product development between business and technical teams.

What you will do
- Conduct discovery meetings to capture complex customer business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate business needs into solution and product requirements.
- Support the authoring, validation, and publication of ICA, Service Bulletin, and Aircrew manuals in the new IT environment.
- Implement S1000D business rules in BREX controls to ensure data consistency, correctness, and accurate visualization in the final IETP.
- Coordinate product management and technical resources throughout solution development and implementation.
- Manage BREX usage and interoperability across organizations and helicopter programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT software development and/or digital project analysis.
- Experience with S1000D, data analytics, data migration, IT product design, and IT product development.
- Knowledge of stakeholder management, customer needs, conflict management, and IT/business change management.
- French and fluent English are required.
- Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with IETP Viewer.
- Technology trend monitoring and product/service planning experience.
