What you will do
- Collaborate with brand and sales teams on new product launches and assess their financial impact.
- Explore business opportunities in emerging channels, including e-commerce and discount retail.
- Help improve cost competitiveness in manufacturing processes.
- Participate in business development and decision-making within a multifunctional team.
Requirements
- Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year business or technology student, or a recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English are required.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward challenges and change.
- Interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills, including experience from international student exchanges or voluntary work.
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills.
