TL;DR
Systems Analyst (AI): Providing tier 2 and 3 technical support, managing applications and employee devices, and developing small AI-powered apps, scripts, and workflows with an accent on Microsoft technologies, systems analysis, and cybersecurity support. Focus on researching application solutions, automating repetitive IT processes, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding access.

What you will do
- Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support across Windows and Mac environments, including software installation, upgrades, configuration, and administration.
- Support internal applications and collaborate with colleagues to research and implement solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account provisioning, access setup, equipment recovery, and access removal.
- Assist with cybersecurity activities such as access reviews, security awareness initiatives, and escalation of potential security concerns.
- Create process documentation and deliver training to internal users.
- Use AI tools and low-code platforms to prototype, test, and deploy small applications, scripts, and workflows that automate repetitive processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in information technology and systems analysis.
- Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing applications and systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
- Experience supporting back-office applications, including financial ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Experience with low-code and automation platforms for building small applications, scripts, or workflows.
