Designer (Mechanical Design)

What you will do

• Develop 3D models, 2D detailed drawings, and bills of materials for medium- to high-complexity designs.
• Communicate design intent with Design Engineering, Tooling, Sourcing, Testing, Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Publications, and Industrial Design.
• Document and present technical information during CAD-based design reviews.
• Investigate project requirements and problems, then develop solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Support multiple projects concurrently and assist with component and tooling cost estimates.

Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of directly related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
