What you will do
- Develop and execute global integrated communications for products, including go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
- Support Binance’s product strategy and business objectives through coordinated communications.
- Position Binance and its products as category leaders through media opportunities.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align product messaging, campaign strategy, and execution.
- Support and troubleshoot product-related issues, containing, deescalating, and resolving public and user concerns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in public relations or communications.
- Strong understanding of consumer financial and trading products.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex or technical products and concepts for media and users.
- Proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology is strongly preferred.
