Senior Product Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Conduct market and user research to support end-to-end product delivery and strategic regional projects.
• Identify product and user experience improvements using user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
• Support market expansion and launch new services in coordination with marketing, development, and regulators.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, user needs, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product propositions and go-to-market strategies, then track post-launch performance and feedback.
• Manage content governance, user experience monitoring, daily operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, operations, or a related role.
• Crypto/Web3 industry experience is required; trading product experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required as a working language.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and regulators, and delivering growth initiatives in a matrix organization.
