Senior FullStack Engineer (Python+Java)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend applications and data processing pipelines with Python, FastAPI, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Improve the performance and reliability of event-driven architectures using Kafka and containerized deployments managed with Helm Charts.
• Build and maintain Java services with JDK 21+ and Maven while following client IT standards.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems that process critical infrastructure data and minimize service disruption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing IT solutions aligned with technical standards.
• Hands-on Python experience with FastAPI, Kafka, and Helm Charts.
• Practical Java experience with Spring Boot, JDK 21+, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Protobuf, Pydantic, or Grafana.
• Background in electrical engineering, energy infrastructure, transmission system operators, SCADA, PMU, PQ, protection, or fault record data.
