Acne Studios Apprenticeship Program

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — On-site. Full-time program from February 2, 2027 to July 23, 2027. Applicants must hold an EU/EEA passport or a valid Swedish work permit for the entire program period.

hirify.global is a Swedish fashion house creating ready-to-wear, magazines, furniture, books, exhibitions, and other multidisciplinary products through its own stores and wholesale partners.

What you will do

• Join a designated product and design team for the full six-month program and contribute to day-to-day work.
• Participate in structured training modules, practical learning sessions, and theoretical education.
• Support design teams in developing shapes, mock-ups, knitwear, denim, and finished products.
• Research and develop prints, textiles, graphics, branding elements, fabrics, and trims in collaboration with suppliers.
• Contribute to pattern making, toiles, sample making, fittings, product development, and production processes.
• Support quality testing, inspections, customer claims, and spare-parts inquiries across product categories.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate with higher education in fashion, textiles, business, or a related field.
• High aspirations, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to excellence.
• Availability for the entire program period from February 2, 2027 to July 23, 2027.
• EU/EEA passport or valid Swedish work permit required throughout the program.
• Fluent written and spoken English required; English is the working language.
• Portfolio required when applying to Pattern & Atelier or one of the Design teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience or strong interest in a specific product lifecycle area such as design, print, branding, materials, pattern making, product development, production, or quality.
