What you will do
- Research market trends, competitors, and price positioning.
- Support range planning, collection development, and collection strategy.
- Analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare sales reports, collection overviews, merchandising guidelines, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain merchandising data and product information in PLM systems.
- Collaborate with commercial and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or a similar role, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Organised, analytical, structured, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and curious about fashion, consumer behaviour, and market trends.

- Experience working with PLM systems.
- Experience in luxury or premium fashion.
