TL;DR
3D Motion Video Artist (Gaming) (3D/motion design): Producing and optimizing promotional videos and performance ads for games across major platforms with an accent on 3D scenes, animation, in-game capture, and multi-format delivery. Focus on managing the full video production process, adapting creative assets to platform standards, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining consistent visual storytelling across campaigns.
Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work model with 3 days per week from the office

What you will do
- Produce high-quality game trailers, video ads, and promotional content for Google Play, App Store, Steam, consoles, social media, and advertising platforms.
- Design and modify 3D scenes, models, animations, and other visual assets for marketing videos.
- Capture in-game footage from game engines or builds and adapt videos to platform-specific formats, compression, encoding, and delivery standards.
- Own video production from concept development through final delivery, including sound effects, music, text, graphics, and other elements.
- Incorporate feedback from marketing, legal, licensing, internal teams, and clients while maintaining brand, artistic, and IP consistency.
- Manage the video asset library, monitor ad performance, and contribute creative ideas based on gaming and video-platform trends.
Requirements
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in motion design, video editing, video content creation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Very good knowledge of one or more 3D software tools, such as Blender, 3DS Max, or Maya, plus knowledge of 3D rendering, processing, and animation.
- Previous experience with Unity or Unreal Engine and practical 2D skills.
- Online portfolio or demo reel required; ability to manage the full creative process and multiple competing deadlines.
