Specialist Procurement Operations (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day procurement operations supporting high-volume e-commerce workflows.
• Review purchasing processes, identify bottlenecks, and maintain workflow alignment.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders by email.
• Handle inquiries end to end, including order cancellations, tracking verification, credit notes, refunds, and returns.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure on-time delivery for end customers.

Requirements

• University degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Initial experience in operational purchasing is desirable, together with an interest in IT-driven procurement tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, organisational skills, service orientation, conscientiousness, and reliability.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills, written and spoken.

• Knowledge of German.
