TL;DR
Training Manager (Learning & Development): Managing SSC training operations, onboarding programs, trainer certification, KPI tracking, and global learning initiative rollouts with an accent on instructional strategy, data-driven improvement, and local-global alignment. Focus on leading training teams, diagnosing performance gaps, adapting global programs to local needs, and improving agent readiness through high-volume cohort-based learning.
Location: Available to work from the Tbilisi office

What you will do
- Manage and develop Training Leads and Training Specialists across the Shared Service Centre.
- Track training KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor the Train-the-Trainer certification process.
- Manage high-volume, cohort-based onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Lead global training project rollouts and adapt delivery to local requirements.
- Connect local teams with the global training organization and co-develop learning solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop a training team.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and training effectiveness analysis.
- Knowledge of instructional design, onboarding, and continuous learning strategy.
- Strong project coordination and performance consulting skills.
- Clear communication, cultural awareness, strategic problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required. Applicants must be available to work from the Tbilisi office.
