What you will do
- Support the design and execution of hotel IT initiatives aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Monitor, diagnose, and optimize LAN, network servers, directory structures, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Resolve user issues involving personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, while providing technical training and support.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and shared technology resources in compliance with Technology Network standards, certification requirements, and backup procedures.
- Assist with workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale system implementations.
- Work with property management to maintain critical site systems and minimize operational downtime.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site in the Maldives is required.
