TL;DR
Palo Alto Networks Engineer (Cybersecurity/Networking): Providing technical support, troubleshooting, configuration, and project assistance for Palo Alto Networks security systems with an accent on NGFW, endpoint, cloud, and network security. Focus on testing hardware and software in lab environments, supporting customers and partners, and coordinating with vendor engineering teams under SLAs and KPIs.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks products and coordinate with vendor technical support.
- Provide first-line technical support to customers and partners in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of Palo Alto Networks information security systems.
- Set up and use lab environments to test hardware, software, and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Collaborate with Palo Alto Networks engineering teams, partners, customers, and teams.
- Prepare and locate product documentation, including RFPs, EULAs, topology diagrams, and comparison materials.
Requirements
- Technical higher education and at least 2 years of experience in IT or a related field.
- Fluent Georgian and Russian; English at B1 level or above.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network topology.
- Understanding of cybersecurity products and experience with security hardware from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper.
- Experience with NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, and Cloud Security.
- Experience administering, testing, configuring, or supporting next-generation firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security products.
Nice to have
- Engineering certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with a systems integrator, distributor, or large enterprise client.
