Location: Any location near a Marsh office; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.
Salary: $212,000–$318,000 base salary annually, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do
- Lead actuarial and financial client engagements and relationships, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
- Review and deliver client reports and presentations with findings, recommendations, and strategic solutions.
- Provide high-level reviews of statements of actuarial opinion, underwriting work, analyses, and projections.
- Identify business development opportunities and represent the Actuarial and Financial Group in proposal efforts.
- Lead and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Advance health actuarial thought leadership through innovative solutions and intellectual capital projects.
Requirements
- Consulting experience with large clients covering 10,000 or more lives.
- Relevant experience in group health and benefits.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations and recommendations.
- Experience leading and developing team members in a professional setting.
- ASA or FSA credential.
- Ability to work at least three days per week in a local office or onsite with clients.
