is hiring an engineer to support Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity products for customers and partners.
What you will do
- Troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks products and work with the vendor's technical support team.
- Provide first-line technical support for customers and partners while supporting projects and sales growth.
- Coordinate with Palo Alto Networks engineering teams, partners, customers, and teams.
- Research product documentation and knowledge bases to resolve cases in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Set up and use lab environments to test hardware and software and reproduce troubleshooting scenarios.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, updating, and support of information security systems.
Requirements
- Technical higher education and at least 2 years of experience in IT or a related field.
- Georgian and Russian: fluent; English: B1 or above.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network topology.
- Understanding of cybersecurity products and the technical problems they solve.
- Experience with security hardware from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper.
- Experience with NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, and Cloud Security.
Nice to have
- Vendor engineering certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with systems integrators, distributors, or large enterprise clients.
