Location: La Rosa plant, Mataderos, Buenos Aires, Argentina; onsite

What you will do
- Prepare timely and accurate local and group financial accounting reports.
- Control and analyze fixed costs and production variable costs, including raw materials and labor.
- Develop, organize, and record annual and partial inventories.
- Maintain financial accounting records, reconciliations, controls, and procedures.
- Support operational teams through process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and guide the controlling team, provide support, and manage complex situations.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar controlling or reporting positions.
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, communication, persuasion, and conflict-management skills.
- Advanced Excel and database skills, with practical experience using standard ERP systems.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete reports and projects on schedule.
- Advanced English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multi-site global manufacturing organization.
- SAP experience.
