What you will do
- Develop evidence-based healthcare and nursing learning content according to project plans and schedules.
- Research, prepare, draft, review, and revise educational materials.
- Plan and lead video- and image-based content development projects.
- Apply nursing and clinical expertise to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage content quality, timelines, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with supervisors, subject matter experts, freelancers, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background in nursing.
- Certified nurse license and at least two years of clinical experience.
- Project management experience in healthcare, health sciences, publishing, or a related field.
- Strong collaboration, communication, scheduling, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
- English communication skills are required for reading and writing documents and participating in meetings.

- Experience developing e-learning or digital education content.
- Experience planning or producing video and image content.
- Experience using generative AI or AI-based content creation tools.
