TL;DR
Senior ML Ops (x/f/m) (AI/Healthcare): Building and scaling cloud-native infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling for production machine learning models that support healthcare products across Europe with an accent on reliable deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle automation. Focus on designing MLOps platforms with Python, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and machine learning frameworks while solving scalability, availability, and cross-functional integration challenges.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid work setup with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do
- Build and deploy production-grade machine learning models with data scientists and engineers.
- Design and maintain MLOps pipelines covering version control, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
- Develop tools, frameworks, and best practices for the model development and deployment lifecycle.
- Ensure ML system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on requirements, technical guidance, and end-to-end ML solutions.
- Document and share MLOps standards and practices across the technology community.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Shell Scripting, Terraform, and Docker-based ML pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS services including SageMaker, EC2, ECS, S3, and CloudWatch, or Azure equivalents.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
- Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, learning, and initiative skills.
- Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, or Kafka.
- Experience with model quantization, optimization, and HuggingFace technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and browser-based model deployment.
