Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Marktheidenfeld, Germany; currently mainly recruiting for Marktheidenfeld and Walldürn. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Starting salary: €69,000 per year, plus annual performance-based compensation reviews and an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze, develop, and continuously improve production processes.
• Improve production machinery and automation processes while creating strategies to increase process reliability.
• Coach line teams in problem solving and process improvement, with growing personnel responsibility.
• Create root-cause-based standards and execute product tests.
• Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects, production machines, and systems.
• Analyze technical development variants and cooperate with machine suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, completed or expected before starting, in a technical field or a science discipline with strong technical interest.
• Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, initiative, flexibility, and coordination ability.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Very good German at minimum B2 level, ideally fluent or native, and solid English skills.
• Extra-curricular activities, internships, and/or international experience.
