Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the customer service operation in France across Inside Sales, Contracts, and Project Management.
• Shape and deliver the customer service strategy and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Improve customer satisfaction, NPS, and performance against key operational metrics.
• Use data, market insights, and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working across functions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while embedding accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Customer Service or Sales leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering performance and driving improvement.
• Experience managing teams and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to lead change.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures in a regional or international business.
