What you will do

• Create control and protection concepts for high- and medium-voltage substation offers and projects.
• Review customer specifications and develop technically compliant engineering solutions.
• Prepare work packages for the detailed design, configuration, parameterization, and testing of bay-level protection devices.
• Coordinate with Substation Automation and Cybersecurity Engineering teams to deliver integrated substation solutions.
• Improve engineering processes, design methods, and configuration workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, consultants, regulators, suppliers, and technical specialists.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience with protection and control systems for high- and medium-voltage substations.
• Solid understanding of secondary systems engineering, protection schemes, device configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of Substation Automation and Cybersecurity Engineering concepts and their integration into substation projects.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Confidence presenting technical topics and communicating with international customers and project stakeholders.
