Expert Secondary Design Engineer (f/m/d) (HMI/SCADA)

What you will do

• Design and implement HMI/SCADA substation automation solutions for high- and medium-voltage projects.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Configure and integrate communication networks for reliable system performance.
• Prepare and review functional design specifications, signal lists, test procedures, and other engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with protection engineers, SCADA specialists, utility operators, customers, suppliers, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, project execution, and continuous engineering improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in substation automation, control systems, SCADA, or a comparable engineering environment.
• Solid understanding of technical documentation, engineering specifications, and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
