Manager, HRM (Taoyuan)

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan, including next-day Rocket Delivery and international Rocket Oversea delivery services.

What you will do

• Oversee site HR operations and coordinate activities across departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Execute company-wide HR strategies and maintain consistent HR systems and processes across business locations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement HR policies and resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare data-driven reports and operational feedback for senior management.
• Lead and develop the HR team while overseeing staffing, attendance, onboarding, training, employee relations, and HR system data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of total HR experience, including HRM operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing, leading, and developing HR teams.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional partners.
• Strong focus on operational targets and organizational compliance.
• Extensive experience managing HR systems such as Workday and LMS.

Nice to have

• Understanding of finance, legal, logistics, and technology operations.
• Experience leading large-scale HR system implementations or process optimization projects.
• Experience managing HR operations in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to and influencing senior leadership.
