Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Vodnjan, Croatia; flexible hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible hours.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and hiring coordination.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles across functions, locations, and seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Operations Business Partners on talent requirements, job descriptions, interviewing practices, and hiring decisions.
• Lead or contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives such as internships, referral programs, LinkedIn optimization, and internal mobility.
• Ensure clear communication and a seamless experience for internal and external candidates.
• Represent the employer brand at events, build candidate communities, and use market insights and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an IT or global company.
• Experience recruiting for complex technical and non-technical positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, stakeholder influence, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
