What you will do
- Prioritize the Transaction Services product backlog and design and execute experiments to identify valuable problems and solutions.
- Build global data products and AI-driven solutions focused on Product and Client Profitability insights.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad of 10+ data scientists, UX specialists, AI engineers, and business experts through discovery, prototyp, and agile delivery.
- Manage the AI idea funnel and intake process with Technology, Digital, and Wholesale Bank stakeholders.
- Work with senior management and business stakeholders to embed profitability insights into digital front-office channels.
- Represent internally and externally through thought leadership on AI product vision, data-driven product management, and Wholesale Bank.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant product management experience in a technology-driven organization, preferably in financial services or Wholesale Bank.
- Experience tak products from concept to market, includ defin the vision and strategy for a global data product.
- Experience with experimentation, product discovery, and deliver scalable products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, includ engagement with senior management and Wholesale Bank Transaction Services stakeholders.
- Understand of Design Think, Product Think, Lean, Agile delivery, AI, and data science methods.
- Written and spoken fluency in English required; Dutch is optional. University degree required.
