TL;DR
IT Governance Specialist (Fintech/Cybersecurity): Developing and implementing IT governance, risk, and compliance policies for a regulated fintech credit marketplace with an accent on internal controls, security posture, and regulatory compliance. Focus on coordinating change management, aligning governance requirements with business and legal stakeholders, and overseeing policy implementation across the organization.

operates Indodana Fintech, an OJK-licensed financial technology company running a peer-to-peer credit marketplace that uses big data and artificial intelligence to expand financial inclusion in Indonesia.
What you will do
- Recommend IT governance, risk, and compliance policies that strengthen internal controls and the company’s security posture.
- Lead change management and organization-wide implementation of IT GRC policies.
- Communicate IT security, risk, governance, and compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with senior management and cross-functional teams to align policies with business strategy, organizational context, and governance needs.
- Coordinate with security, data, compliance, and legal teams to refine system implementation and process requirements.
- Oversee governance policy implementation and contribute to improving security policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong logical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and Indonesian regulations including POJK and UU PDP.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT governance; 10 or more years is preferred.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or CISA.
- Protection Officer certification.
