What you will do

• Track resources and costs across related projects.
• Manage relationships with grant administrators, consortium partners, external auditors, and internal functions across sites.
• Coordinate and prepare grant submission materials.
• Review and approve financial materials with external auditors.
• Coordinate financial and milestone commitments, establish regular status reviews, and align resource allocation with grant proposals.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and obtain required program approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or project management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial modelling and developing financial and resourcing models.
• Strong communication, organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project phases, milestones, reporting, and conflicting resource constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with grant-supported development programmes.
