Institutional Product Solutions Senior Specialist (Digital Assets): Leading product operations and commercial enablement for institutional digital-asset products with an accent on operational readiness, client-facing value propositions, and cross-functional execution. Focus on supporting institutional pitches, coordinating launches and lifecycle management, improving controls and documentation, and translating market feedback into product priorities.

What you will do
- Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, including processes, controls, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders on product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
- Support institutional client pitches, product positioning, solution discussions, and sales conversations.
- Translate product capabilities into client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs, training content, and enablement resources.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor adoption, onboarding, operational performance, and service-quality metrics while driving process improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, institutional business support, solutions engineering, or related financial-services, fintech, or digital-asset roles.
- Strong understanding of institutional clients and workflows across trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement, or related products.
- Experience with institutional client pitches, commercial discussions, or solution-based selling.
- Strong product communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Familiarity with digital assets and institutional operational or control requirements.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
