Technical Assistant (Video Game Internship) (Video Games): Supporting engineering, quality assurance, IT, release management, and event setup activities for video game publishing with an accent on hardware compatibility testing, documentation, and cross-department support. Location: Lyon, France; hybrid schedule with two teleworking days per week
Remuneration: €1,000–€1,200 per month, depending on degree level

What you will do
- Support marketing, product support, business intelligence, subsidiaries, and other departments through ticketing systems and internal communication tools.
- Maintain engineering process documentation, especially for Jira and Confluence workflows.
- Perform PC and hardware compatibility testing for video games.
- Develop tools for playtesting solutions, including Shadow and Perforce-based solutions.
- Support KPI implementation with development teams.
- Set up the technical infrastructure for physical and digital events.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a Master’s degree in video games or development.
- Genuine interest in video games.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Good level of English.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, versatility, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
