What you will do
- Support the Marketing Director with annual marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities.
- Coordinate timelines, action items, events, photo and video shoots, press visits, influencer visits, and partner activities.
- Maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, branded content, website updates, and e-commerce action plans.
- Collect market and competitor information and coordinate deliverables with marketing, PR, and external agencies.
- Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports and maintain accurate departmental records.
- Provide administrative coordination, including meetings, minutes, correspondence, filing, supplies, visitor assistance, and hotel tours.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role within the hotel business.
- Experience in marketing coordination and campaign management.
- Fluent English and native-level Turkish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools, with an eye for detail and design.
